Package Coverage: 2 Videographers for 7 hours of coverage Wedding Highlights- This is a cinematic recap of the entire wedding day set to music which includes the following: Getting ready -This covers the bride and groom getting ready, some formal pictures before the wedding ceremony and an exclusive love message from the Bride and Groom if they choose to. This video coverage will be edited for the Highlights video. Ceremony -Two manned cameras will provide complete coverage of your wedding ceremony. A lavaliere mic will be used to ensure great sound for the Vows as the couple commit themselves to each other. This will be a full edited version of your ceremony and an edited down version for your highlights video. Reception -Full coverage of your reception to capture all main points. Bride and Groom entry fist dance, Father daughter and Mother son dance, toast, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss. We will also capture some clips of dancing and decorations from your reception along with a staged exit or final exit. This will be edited for your highlight video and menu links to speeches, cake cutting and other main points in full on your DVD This package includes 3 fully edited DVDs of the above coverage on your wedding day. Time spent on your wedding -Our videographers will arrive three hours before the ceremony. Two 1/2 hours will be used to capture the bride and groom getting ready and some formal pictures. You can set the start time. The last thirty minutes before the ceremony will be used for setup and programming. The Ceremony will be recorded in full. We will also capture your reception in full as long as all wedding activities are within selected package time frame. Over time is set at $125 an hour after the first 7 hours. What the Bride & Groom owes Wedding Video Memories before or on the Wedding Day -Wedding program and a short list of favorite songs. We have royalty free music that we use it's strictly instrumental. if you wish to use Copyrighted music please see that section in our downloadable contract. You pay 50% to hold the date and another 25% On your Wedding day with the balance due when you pick up your completed package.
