Package Coverage: 2 Videographers for unlimited time on your wedding day. Getting ready -This covers the bride and groom getting ready, some formal pictures before the wedding ceremony and an exclusive love message from the Bride and Groom. Ceremony -Two manned cameras will provide complete coverage of your wedding. A lavaliere mic will be used to ensure great sound for the Vows as the couple commit themselves to each other. Reception -Full coverage of your reception to capture all of the excitement along with wedding party and guest messages. 42inch Plasma Picture Frame -This is setup at your reception site like a regular picture on display but it's not. This will be used to show your growing up photos, Highlights from your getting ready and ceremony footage that day and if you want we can even add Old video from your earlier or more recent years. You and your guest will be touched by all the memories from long ago and earlier that day. Picture DVD -We capture 100-200 candid photos with a professional quality digital camera through out the day and place them on a DVD for you to print, email and share with all your friends and family. Wedding Highlights- This is a cinematic recap of the entire wedding day set to music. We will also provide one Highlights DVD to each of the bridesmaids and Groomsmen in the wedding party as an added Thanks you gift, plus One more for you to keep and share. Growing up Photos- A total of 45 pictures from the Bride, Groom and dating combined with music to show on our TV picture frame display during the reception. Pictures must be scanned and numbered in the order you want them to show and sent to us on a disk. We are not responsible for pictures mailed to us. There is a $100 charge if we scan pictures. Film Rehearsal-We will film your rehearsal to capture you running through your wedding program. Film Rehearsal Dinner-We film your rehearsal dinner to capture all the toast and special moments. Honeymoon pictures and video-We set up to 45 pictures from your honeymoon and clips from your video to music of your choice to give your wedding experience the final chapter. 25 Extra DVDs of Your Love Story Production-Send these to your special guest and family before your wedding or along with the invitations. Love Story Production -This filming is set a few weeks before your wedding day. We will spend 2 to 4 hours with you filming your love story in a romantic place of your choice. Spend that time with your loved one sharing romantic moments together to capture forever. Tell the story of how you met and what made you fall in love. We can also mix in any special videos of you two during that time. Bridal Elegance Video -This filming is set a few weeks before your wedding day. We will spend 1 to 2 hours with you filming you in your wedding dress at a beautiful location. This really showcases how stunning you look in your dress. IPOD/IPHONE Video - We will provide you with an MPeg4 file of your wedding highlights and "Movie/Wedding Trailer" Web Site -We will have a special Web address for your wedding to share Pictures and video from your special day. This will stay active for 6 months after you recieve your final package. Movie Trailer -This is a cinematic preview of what's coming up in the finished film. Raw Footage DVD -This includes all the scenes that didn't make the cut! This package includes 3 fully edited DVDs and one set of DVDs containing your RAW footage we captured through out your entire Wedding Day with Titles, Credits and Animations. Time spent on your wedding -Our videographers will arrive at a time set by you that day. Thirty minutes before the ceremony will be used for setup and programming. The Ceremony will be recorded in full and edited down for a smooth flowing presentaion. We stay until Midnight without OT chargers giving you unlimited coverage for yoour wedding day. All wedding activities must be within selected package time frame. Over time is set at $125 an hour minimum 1 hour. What the Bride & Groom owes Wedding Video Memories before or on the Wedding Day -4 weeks before wedding 45 pictures for the growing up photomontage, Old video clips, Wedding invitation, Wedding program and all Music to play in the background. We have royalty free music that we use it's strictly instrumental. if you wish to use Copyrighted music please see that section in our downloadable contract. You pay 50% to hold the date and another 25% On your Wedding day with the balance due when you pick up your completed package.
